Stuck - Beastars/Hybrid A/B/O KiriKami

Being an Alpha wasn't a big deal. No, Kirishima could handle that just fine. He knew how to handle his ruts, had his cozy (albeit haphazardly thrown together) nest, and was doing well with his internship.

His main issue was that he was a wolf. And, well... He felt pretty out of place among his peers. There were other canine heroes, sure, but they weren't wolves. Fatgum was a giant bear, but the guy was a literal teddy bear and kids flocked to him all the time. Him? If he smiled too wide, he chanced scaring any of the smaller prey animals, even if the last thing he wanted was to hurt them.

But he didn't let it bother him.

He had friends that weren't afraid of him, like Katsuki and Sero and Mina! And the rest of his classmates. But, there was really only one person he was more worried might be afraid of him a little, even if it never seemed to be an issue. Kaminari was... the sweetest Omega he'd ever met, probably. He had energy that matched his own, and even if either of them weren't exactly the brightest at some things, they worked well together. Between Kaminari's electric quirk not hurting him as much as it would others, they were often paired up whenever their respective agencies needed them to.

It was supposed to be like any other patrol, with the two of them somewhat shooting the shit as they walked, occasionally talking to some people (though, most seemed more drawn to Kaminari, the smaller of the two), and even stopping for lunch at a ramen place on the route they were patrolling.

Things were going great! At least, until they had to chase after someone who stole a purse. Kirishima had noticed them first, pushing for Kaminari to cut through an alley to cut the person off as he chased after them with a shout. Ears pinned back, pupils trained on the criminal, it was easy to catch up. Especially since the person being chased was a weasel and difficult to lose sight of with his movements. Kirishima was catching up, reaching out to grab them--

When the bastard ducked and he instead slammed into Kaminari, forcing them to tumble to the ground.

'Hah- Clumsy fuckin' wolf. Good luck gettin' outta this.' The criminal says, and Kirishima sits up but feels resistance against his left wrist. He looks down to see the handcuff attaching his and Kaminari's wrists together with a chain only a few inches between to give them some kind of mobility. He growls and lifts his head to shout, but finds the weasel had, instead of running immediately, seemed to enjoy the slight upper hand when he was pinned by a pair of police officers that had seen the two heroes chase the villain.

So, thankfully, it looks like the chase was over with, but the handcuffs... were not disappearing. He helps Kaminari stand, his own ears pinned back some.

"Hey, you okay? I ran into you a bit hard - I didn't hurt you, did I?" Worry fills the wolf's expression as he quickly looks the Omega over. His scent carries his concern. "Our patrol should be over soon-- Officer, could you see if the suspect can deactivate his quirk? He stuck us with these." If the cuffs were made from the quirk, something told him that neither of their own would really work against it. But, before the officer could ask, the weasel spits.

'I'm not doin' shit!' The weasel hisses. 'You can figure out how to get out of those yourself!' A grin from the villain. Kirishima huffs in annoyance, frowning.

"Great.... now you're stuck with me..." He glances to Kaminari apologetically. Crap. How long would the cuffs be on? "Maybe we can see if Bakugo can blast 'em off?"

Secondary sex was something Denki generally tried to ignore. Obviously, that wasn't always possible, but they did try to avoid letting influence them too much. There was already enough pressure being a smaller breed of rabbit, and he didn't exactly have a power-boosting quirk like Miruko. Not that electrification wasn't powerful! It was! Even with the drawbacks! But they didn't expect to be taken as seriously as a more predatory or sturdy hybrid. It wasn't a problem, just so long as he could make a living and get by.

Eijirou, on the other hand, was practically set, even if that tended to put him in a bad light. He was powerful, presented as an Alpha, and had been born a wolf. Honestly, the blonde had no clue how anyone could only see that, though. The guy was just an overgrown puppy of a man and as sweet as they came too! He was always doing his best to help and avoid scaring others, even going so far as to avoid smiling too much. There wasn't anyone the rabbit had ever met that could best their friend, even if he needed help sometimes.

Well- except that damn weasel.

They'd been paired together for patrol again! Something that the electric bunny was excited about since he loved getting to chat as he worked. And especially so when the one he spoke with was the guy he totally didn't have a crush on. That didn't matter, though! They had work to do, and when the redhead told him to catch him around the corner, he bolted, sprinting toward the intersection. The weasel was fast, but they could be faster, right? The golden hybrid raced to the crossing, doing his best to avoid civilians as he went.

There was a group of people down the street who hadn't gotten the cue, though, and he was stuck going around them while avoiding cars. Maybe if they had moved out of the bunch they were in, he wouldn't have been run over by his best friend. Maybe. There was no telling now, but he was caught off guard, hitting the ground as his breath knocked from his lungs. It didn't hurt too much, but the weight atop him kept his breathing shallow until Eijirou went to-

When the wolf tried to stand, Denki was pulled along with him, a soft sound of surprise escaping as he looked at the cuffs. Those weren't supposed to be there. Thankfully, there were officers there to capture the thief, but golden eyes were stuck on him anyway, almost missing the concern directed at them. They looked up at the other, hesitating for a moment before nodding as their nose twitched slightly. "Yeah, I'm alright, Red, it's fine." He smiled softly, glancing back at the weasel when he responded to the request of how to deactivate the quirk before grimacing. Shit.

His eyes returned to Eijirou at the apology, their smile remaining as he reached out to gently pat his shoulder before pushing to his feet. "It's alright. I doubt they'll last too long, right? I'm not sure I want Bakugou blasting near my body, though." Voice soft, they took a moment, noting the time and the plate on the police car before tugging the other out to head back to their agency. "Let's just... get the paperwork for this done and try and find him in the registry, okay? And if we can't figure out how to get out, we can try our best to get them off after we head home." They were horrified of not getting the cuffs off. Not because they didn't trust Eijirou or anything, but- what if he didn't want to be stuck with them? What if he had a date or other plans, and this would get in the way of that?

"If you're okay with it, I don't mind spending more time with you. I just don't want to cut into any plans you might have. I mean, it's not like you aren't my best friend or anything, so what's the harm, right?" There could be plenty of harm. They knew that, Eijirou probably knew that, but it wouldn't do either of them any good to panic. "Can you text Fat and let him know what happened while I let my agency know too? It'd be good to figure out if we need to go do the paperwork at both or if I can bring it over and email it back to them."

Ah, he'll have to be careful about his movements. The sheer size difference between them was enough for him to be able to lift Denki as if he weighed nothing. At least he didn't seem too upset by the ordeal. This causes Kirishima to relax some, his ears popping back up as he glares toward the weasel in the cop car.

"Yeah, okay. We'll figure something out, maybe Creati can make a pair of bolt cutters?" He suggested, looking down at the cuff around his wrist, looking at the way it fit snugly against his fur. When paperwork was mentioned, though, he groaned and brings his free hand up to scrub a bit over his muzzle. "Paperwork. Most boring part of this job." He complained mildly, quickly falling into step beside his patrol partner. Though, feeling the chain tugging at their slightly different paces of walking was starting to get to his nerves, and he didn't want to accidentally tug his friend around, so to avoid doing so...

His much larger paw gently slips around Kaminari's, holding their smaller, softer paw in his own.

"I don't have any plans... so you don't need to worry about it. If you want, we can do the paperwork for our agencies together at the dorms. Might make it go by faster." Kirishima offered, already pulling out his phone to do as Denki had suggested, sending off a message to his little group chat with Fatgum and Amajiki. Both showed concerns but thankfully, replied quickly enough that Kirishima's ears perked up and his tail started wagging a small bit behind him. "Boss says he'll send the paperwork home with Suneater and that I don't have to worry about doing patrols until the chain gets off." He glances to Kaminari with a slight grin. "Maybe we could use this chance to score a mini vacation away from work." He laughs a small bit. He hasn't realized it, but the thumb of his paw was gently brushing over Kaminari's knuckles, feeling the soft fur. Kaminari was incredibly soft, but, they were a rabbit after all. A... really fucking cute one, too.

"Um, since we're stuck like this and don't really have a definite answer on if we'll be able to get these off, we should probably figure out where we'll be sleeping, and... uh.. we'll have to get really comfortable using the bathroom in front of one another." It's a little embarrassing, and a little concerning that they were stuck together. They were an Alpha and Omega, and if they weren't careful, the close proximity could unintentionally spur on a rut, or heat. Kirishima was sure Kaminari wouldn't want that sort of thing to happen, he doubts the bunny would want a wolf as a partner to begin with! Just the thought had Kirishima warming up a bit, and he clears his throat. "I can wear a blindfold while we shower if you don't want me seeing your body."

Ah... this was a little embarrassing to talk about right now.

"M-Maybe we should just focus on getting back to-- wait." He stops, blinking.

"If we go to my agency I'll be able to change, but you won't, and it'll take too long to get to your agency, and if we do it the other way around it'll take forever to get back to the dorms." He looks to Kaminari. "We should just head back to the campus and talk to Aizawa, he might be able to grab our stuff easier. And the baths sound pretty good right now."

Denki noted how his partner glared at the thief being towed away, how his features creased with frustration. Did he hate this that much? Was it annoying being tied down to them? Their brows knit in concern as they started walking, avoiding looking back at the other as their eyes scanned the area. "That'd be a good idea! I'm sure she'd be happy to help! We can also see if Pinky wouldn't mind trying to dissolve them since her acid is more controllable than Dynamight's blasts." Suggesting it softly, they snorted lightly at the response to bringing up paperwork. "I know, it's seriously the worst, isn't it?"

The hand wrapping around his made the bunny's ears perk, honey eyes flicking down to where their paw held Eijirou's as their face heated. They were getting mixed signals, but that was likely because of their feelings for the wolf. He nodded at the offer, though, humming softly as he pulled his phone out as well. It was easy, texting Hanta to ask him to bring back the papers needed after he reached out to Kamui Woods to let him know what went down. However, he was distracted by his best friend's tail wagging behind him.
So cute...

With the other's thumb trailing over his velvety fur, he flushed further, the insides of his ears tinting as he looked away again. It was embarrassing! They shouldn't be so hung up on their best friend, especially since they'd been trying to get over the crush since they'd met! His attention pulled back as the other brought the situation back up, amber eyes returning to the other's face as they walked beside him. "That's a good point..." Having to think about that had their stomach twisting up in knots. What if they decided on his room, and Eijirou found something he shouldn't have? That would be humiliating, and they didn't know if they'd be able to live that down. But, on the other hand, what if they went with Eijirou's room, and he ended up unable to function when surrounded by his scent? Even being as close as they were made it difficult to focus!

Thinking about the bathroom and showering had them even more flustered, their free hand covering their face, even if the other wouldn't see the heat through their fur. "I don't really mind the showering, but using the bathroom is definitely going to be a bit weird." Mumbling a bit, they paused at the other's idea, thinking it over before nodding and looking back up at him. "That sounds like a better idea, actually. I can have Hanta bring my things back, and I'm sure Amajiki wouldn't mind either. We could also ask Aizawa if we could use one of the empty dorms if you don't want to use either of ours. It wouldn't be too hard to bring a bed in and make a nest if need be, right? Or we can just modify one of ours if you're comfortable sharing one of our dorms. Whatever makes you more comfortable is fine by me!"

Kirishima, the dummy he is, was completely oblivious to Kaminari's internal panic. He, himself, was worried he wouldn't be able to control himself with some of the instincts he had when it came to his best friend. It was hard to explain, but Kirishima found himself wanting to bury his nose into Kaminari's fur and hold him close. It seemed creepy, and he was wondering if he should get suppressants or wear scent patches to keep himself in better control, but he felt like his friend might take it as an insult. And, really, that's the last thing he wanted.

"Great! I'll tell our friends to meet up at the dorms to help us figure this out. And we can sleep in my dorm, it's alright. My, uh.. My nest might not be the tidiest, though." He admits a little sheepishly, putting his phone away.

Thankfully, the journey back to campus goes without incident, but after three hours of trying to get the chains off with every little thing they could think of short of just blasting it off, it seems that they really are stuck together. In Kirishima's room, he awkwardly stands by the door with Kaminari. He looks towards his messy bed-nest, ears a little droopy from all the nerves he felt.

"So.. uh... I know you've been in here but haven't really been in my nest so if you wanted to fix it to make it more comfortable for yourself while you're here you can." Though, the idea of the other fixing up his nest was intimate, only mates and incredibly close friends were allowed even inside an Alpha's nest, and this was new territory for Kirishima. He glances to him, and there's clearly guilt on his features. "And I'm sorry you're stuck with me, I know you'd probably prefer to be with someone else. 'S kinda my fault anyway." Looking away, he sighs. Since getting back, they had to ruin their uniforms to get out of them and to find something to wear. Instead of putting on a shirt, Kirishima was without, just wearing sweatpants for now since putting on a shirt would be too difficult with one arm unavailable.

"Um, do you need to use the bathroom or anything?"

Texting Hanta and a few others about the event was the easiest part. He was nervous about every little thing, but he knew that if he let people know, it would be easier in the long run. Mina was far too excited about the mishap, teasing them and asking if they would make a move on the man. They wouldn't, obviously, but she was poking him to do it anyway. The last thing they wanted was to lose Eijirou, so he wasn't going to put their friendship at risk.

They perked up at his offer, grinning before nodding and squeezing the hand in his gently. "That's fine, Ei! Mine isn't neat either, so it's totally okay. I'll probably bring some blankets and pillows, though." Chiming softly, they went on walking, ears still perked in excitement.

It was a nice little walk, even if the attempts to separate were futile. They were weary when the man brought them back, though. His ears dropped just as much as they grabbed things from their own nest to carry back to the other's. A nap sounded perfect, but when the wolf spoke up nervously, they looked up to him, eyes tired before concern crossed their face.

He moved up to the canine, free arm moving to wrap around him as much as he could manage as he smiled softly. "Thank you, I'll try not to mess it up too much, but-" Taking a second, they rested their chin against his chest, holding his hand again to avoid the chain's annoyance. "Don't apologize for this, okay? There isn't anyone else I'd prefer to be in this position with than you. You're incredible, respectful, strong, and super caring 'n sweet. It's not your fault, either. The weasel was a prick, and we were doing our job. The biggest downside to this is that getting dressed and doing stuff is gonna be a hassle."

Voice soft, they hopped up, placing a quick peck on the other's cheek before squeezing his hand again. They'd opted for a strapless binder that clasped on the side, a graphic tee with the sleeves removed that Eijirou could step through, and loose black pants that cinched at the waist and ankles. The shirt was a nuisance, but they couldn't go without it like the wolf could. At least- not comfortably. Regardless, they looked over at the question, thinking about it for a moment before shrugging. "Dinner would be nice, but honestly, I mainly just feel kinda dead from work and trying to get the cuffs off. Do you? I could also hop on your back or something if that's easier for you, too. I don't want to be a bother, y'know?"

The hug catches the wolf off-guard, making his ears perk up as he looks down at Kaminari, and upon seeing the cute sight of them looking up at him, he can't help the way his face grows warm and his tail starts to wag just a little bit behind him. The compliments and Kaminari's attempt to reassure him did wonderfully, because now the Alpha's heart was pounding and all he wanted to do was keep the Omega as his own.

Kaminari was so sweet.

The kiss on the cheek made him freeze, blinking a couple of times. Exhaling a small huff, he feels a goofy little smile stretch his lips.

"How about we order food to be delivered later and take a nap until then? So we can wake up to the food arriving." As he speaks, he makes his way behind Kaminari, bringing the cuffed arm the other had around his front so he could lift him up bridal style in his arms. He nuzzles into his cheek, rubbing his scent into his fur. "You look tired, and I could use a little sleep, too." He says, stepping towards his nest which, really, was a collection of Crimson Riot blankets and pillows, with a few clothing items from his friends that he'd managed to snag. Kaminari's shirt was currently stuffed with a pillow, making it easier for Kirishima to cuddle it and bury his face into the fabric.

"Uh... you... have the nicest scent of all my friends." Eijirou quickly explains, toeing off his crocs by his nest before climbing in and letting Kaminari settle against him. "And... you've got the softest fur. A-Anyway uh! What did you feel like eating? I've got my phone so we can order online." He uses his now freed hand to pull his phone from his pocket and unlock it, going to the web browser. "Ramen? Burgers?"

Denki noticed the movements of the other's tail almost immediately, his heart slamming in his little chest as his ears perked slightly. The alpha was so lovely. He deserved all the praise and affection. Hell, the smile Eijirou gave at the peck was enough to make the bunny want to smother him in kisses. It was so precious, and they genuinely loved how sweet it made the other look. They couldn't help the slight ache in their chest as they wished he'd feel the same, that he'd claim them as his, but knowing he was just a friend.

Squeaking when lifted, the omega flushed and felt his ears shoot up as the other scooped him up in strong arms. He was small, he knew that, but the way the other was able to lift him without even straining made their insides twist.

It was hot.

They leaned into the nuzzle, happily accepting the way Eijirou's scent covered theirs with a short hum. "That sounds like a great idea." Murmuring as they glanced at the bed, their free hand moved up, gently patting the other's head. "Rest is good, and waking up to dinner is a perfect way to get up." It was a bit repetitive, but they wanted to praise him, and continuing to compliment him felt a little weird. Friends didn't think so much about how hot their buddies were or how good they were. He needed to be careful.

Noting the pillow with their shirt, they paused, looking up at Eijiroru as their face warmed. "It... it's okay, really. Honestly, it's not like I don't do the same, so-" The bunny trailed off, opting not to mention how they even went so far as to replace the shirt they used when Eijirou's scent faded. They always cleaned it of their own! But they couldn't help themself. Eijirou was so important to them, the alpha made them feel safe, and he smelled so nice that it was hard to sleep without something of his in their nest. However, nestling into the other's chest, Denki hid his face in his fur, curling up as he listened to his breathing before perking up at the question. "Oh! Can we get burgers? It's been so long since I've had one! There's a super nice bar and grill nearby that delivers with a few of the usual apps, and they have a bunch of great options!" Looking up at the other, they smiled brightly, excited about the chance to show Ei their favorite place to eat so far.
