"There's an opening for a housekeeper in the large house on the wooded hill just outside if town!" Izuku remembered hearing from his mother, after having needed to quit after being treated poorly at his last job. "I hear they pay well, and that the owner is a kind man!" The young greenette wanted to believe his mother, however, growing up, he'd heard so many ghost stories about the place, how the man was too pretty, and that he rarely came out of his home, unless it was for some benefit or fundraiser sort of thing. A wealthy man, he was, but.... to most folks, something was off.

And yet, for some reason, despite hearing every little warning about the place, how no one should enter the residence, Izuku was drawn to the place, like a moth to flame. Like it was.... familiar, somehow. And so, after making his call, and seeming to make a good impression over a video call with the man's accountant for his interview, the young man was making his way up those pristine steps, heart hammering against his ribs. He was both excited, but also.... anxious, hearing those warnings from when he was little itch at the back of his mind. 'He's been so pretty for so long-- he's probably like that lady vampire that bathed in virgin blood to remain young!!' 'There's no way he can be so young and be so rich without having his hands in something dark and nefarious!!' Izuku shook his head of those thoughts as he pressed the doorbell once, and waited patiently for an answer. It was near sundown, as requested by his new employer, which was a bit odd to the young man. Why so late?

Izuku shook his head, 'He probably wouldn't be home until later, that's it.' He thought, all while worrying his thumbs against one another as he stood by the large oak door.

Almost as if they had been waiting for the knock, and most likely someone had been, it swung open after only a moment in a silent swing. No ominous creaking, or slowly opening on itself. The frame was filled with a tall, lanky man dressed in a red suit shirt and neatly pressed black slacks. He gave the guest a once over, and stepped back to give him room to enter. "You're the new addition, I suppose." he mused to him with a smile that didn't exactly reach his eyes, which... was more to the way his eyes were squinted closed like a sneaky fox. "Come meet the boss." He waved for him over a shoulder as he turned to lead him into the estate.

Most of the lighting in the hallway he took him down was dim, not dark and dingy dim but more like a movie theater with the way the lights were just bright enough to see where to go save for where there was a door way into another room or a light on elsewhere. The majority of the rest of the place was more or less normal but he would find that out on his own.

"My name is Shion," another wave over the shoulder, this one more of a greeting than a summons. "And before we go in, I gotta ask... what all have you heard?" he stopped at a door, this one didn't have a wide crack at the bottom like the others they had passed, there was no glow under it to indicate whether or not there was someone inside. All of the rumors people made were awfully entertaining, and he always smiled through them because some of them were rather on the nose, and others were just outrageous. If people knew how close to the truth they were, what would they think? Would this boy even be here? Unlikely. He stayed just as silent through this one too, only smiling at him and nodding.

"It was nice meeting you, I'll see you around~" he gave him another one of those little waves, knocking at the door they had paused at. Opening it before ushering him in and closing the door behind him like it was imperative to get him in the room as quickly as possible and leave. And it sort of was, but that wasn't any of the newbie's concern. Job complete, he wandered off back to his original post.

Inside was a bit of an office, if the size of the room wasn't a bit much for an office. Modern and rather simple for the amount of space. Desk, chair, chaise. Rather business appropriate, with an entire wall being a built in shelf and stuffed with books or other things in a neat, tasteful spread. The opposite wall was a large, almost 3/4ths of the length in fact, built in fire place. Most of the light in the room came from the gentle, controlled flickering of the flames behind the screen. It cast a nice comforting shade over everything in the room, as dark colored as it were. Including him of course, dressed opposite to the man that had walked him in with deep dark wine red pinstripe fitted slacks and a dark ash colored button up shirt, tastefully only buttoned to the middle with the top three open. It left the shirt to frame the layered necklaces that stood out against the ink curling around in his skin, the metal of which caught the lamp and fire light as he stood there reading over a paper in his hand. The new hire's application and information, obviously.

He'd already gone over it before, otherwise Izuku would not be standing in his office, already having been picked between himself and his accountant. A handful of hopeful prospects had answered the ad that had been put out, but most were.. unfit for various reasons. He was exceptionally picky, and positions didn't open up in his household often, because of policy and just generally how well he made a point to actually treat his staff. Maybe not always with aspects of his personality, but other things made his existence easier if he was nice to these people and kept them around as long as possible. It was unfortunate that the previous keeper had chosen to retire early. But this young man seemed like he would be... moldable to what he needed him to do, on paper. And looking up from said paper, he decided rather quickly that he was right. Very right. So right he had yet to put his finger on just how right and why that was.

Katsuki set the paper down on the desk with a soft tink of jewelry as he moved, sliding it away with the push of two fingers while staring down his new employee. He didn't need to be having this conversation, and sometimes he didn't. There were people in the household that had never spoken to him, let alone seen him before. And he liked it that way, but seeing as this one's position would involve some sort of level of intimacy between Izuku and the personal belongings of the house... well. Propriety.

"You're punctual." I like that hung in the air from his tone.

Izuku was some parts relieved to be greeted so quickly by an actual person, but others, he was disappointed, partially because the mysteries he had heard growing up weren't confirmed. But, he smiled at the other man, "I am!!" He replied, though the other's wording did give him faint pause before he followed the fox-like gentleman. Izuku looked around curiously, noting the choice in lighting, and wondered for a moment if the master of the estate had sensitive eyes.... he did remember most rumors entailed pale skin, almost platinum blonde hair, and the man wearing shades during brightly-lit events.

"Well, I've heard many things.... all ridiculous, and some almost rude. The only thing coming to mind that's prominent from the outlandish stories is that Mr. Bakugo is a vampire, of all things.... Honestly, it's more believable that he has albinism, explaining his skin, hair, and his aversion to bright light. I'm not super pale myself, but too much light is painful, especially after a long day. I don't tan, not well at least, and I only ever get more freckles as a result. Why do you ask?" He asked, looking to the taller man as they stood at the mysteriously dim door.

Though, with the quick farewell and being ushered inside with a quiet urgency, he felt an odd sort of unease when the doors latch clicked in place, leaving him and the handsome stranger alone in the same, rather opulent yet quaint office. Izuku found himself staring at the man-- his new employer-- with nothing less than admiration and an almost familiar longing, buried under an unwanted amount of attraction during such an important first meeting. The other looked like a living, breathing work of art carved of marble, dusted with the hues of life and self decoration, whose eyes were a lovely garnet color, almost reflecting the firelight like gems would, and that voice....

It was like finally being home, after a long, painful and miserable trek through cold, unrelenting storms. The poor boy was so enthralled and enamored with the other, he hadn't registered what was said, until, embarrassingly, quite late. The poor thing stammered, face taking on the color of fresh strawberries, even up to his ears, and down to his shoulders. "I-I-I didn't want to waste a-a-any precious time, M-Mr. Bakugo!!" His voice cracked, and he covered his mouth in embarrassment, and bowed deeply. "F-forgive me, I.... Y-you're stunning, a-and I'm not.... u-used to being in a position like this. I-I do hope I'll handle our future encounters and i-interactions better with e-exposure...." He stood up straight then, his face no less warm, but he did do his best to meet the others gaze, his heart racing. Gods above, will Izukus heart handle working so closely with such a gorgeous man? He didn't know, but he hoped he wouldn't die shamefully, at least. What would his mother think, finding out her son had been so flustered, his heart became as frantic and weak as a rabbit's only to keel over? Truly embarrassing, really.

With a soft clearing of his throat, he gave a genuine, though shy smile, "W-where would you like me to begin, sir? I-I'm eager to show you what I'm capable of!!"
