Momo had assumed that hosting a reunion for Class 1-A shouldn’t be too difficult. Really, the idea had come from Mina and Toru, the two girls insisting it had been far too long since everyone had been able to see each other. The only problem they were coming up with was a suitable location to host it at! After all, there’d be roughly 19 pros all hanging out together, likely drinking.
It would turn into a veritable buffet for media vultures.
That’s when Momo stepped in. Her house was more than big enough to accommodate anyone and was behind a gate and practically in a forest. Paparazzi would have a tough time getting any good pictures of drunk pros if they couldn’t reach the place without trespassing. She had no problem at all with offering, even with the idea of the mess that was bound to happen. She could clean it! And if worse came to worse, she was more than happy to hire a cleaning service to help her out. She had the money to spare.
Thankfully, everyone from class 1-A- sans Mineta as no one trusted him around any of the women in the group, much less while they were intoxicated- was actually able to come! Drinks and snacks of all kinds were set up, music was playing and everyone got to chatting! At first, everyone was excitedly talking over each other in a big group, trying to all catch up at the same time and keep everyone informed.
After a little while, they began to splinter off into separate groups. Momo had ended up sitting on a simple folding chair chatting with Mina and Kyoka, but someone had captured her attention. Momo kept finding her eyes drawn to Shouto Todoroki across the room, her cheeks an undeniable rosy color. He’d always been the most attractive boy in class, something the girls all agreed on. Yaoyorozu had always felt a certain draw to him but… she’d never had the courage to say anything. To anyone! It turns out that wasn’t needed. Her face was telling all the story that Mina and Kyoka required to figure out exactly where Momo’s mind had wandered.
”Ooooh, Momo’s still nursing that crush!” Mina cooed as she leaned in, wiggling her shoulders.
Momo blinked and pulled her eyes away from Shouto, sitting up straight. “P-Pardon? What gave you that impression?” Never mind the fact that, once called on it, her face had turned a bright shade of red. “And what do you mean by still?”
”Maybe it’s the seven shades of red you just turned? Or how you’ve been staring at him all night?” Kyoka added almost nonchalantly, raising her cup to take a sip.
”Yeah! It’s pretty obvious, Yaomomo!” Mina grinned. “You should totally tell him! Maybe even the two of you will get lucky tonight!
Momo’s blush deepened at Mina’s comment, the raven-haired woman opening and closing her mouth but not making a sound. It seemed they’d just about broken her with this. Either fortunately or unfortunately for her, depending on how all this went, someone else had noticed the way she’d stared.
Denki Kaminari, resident troublemaker, had taken noticed and slowly slunk his way over to where Shouto and Izuku were talking. He sidled up beside the green-haired hero. “Hey fellas! How’s it going?”
”Pretty good, Kaminari,” Izuku mentioned as he looked at the energetic blonde. As he saw his face, however, he rubbed at his face. Uh oh. “What’re you planning?” He mumbled.
”Me? Plan something! Please. C’mon! I’ve matured!” Denki straightened up, feigning an offended expression. “I just thought Todoroki here might like to know that one miss Yaoyorozu has been checking him out all night long. Personally, if the hottest girl from our class was staring at me like she’s staring at him, I’d want to know! Right, Todoroki?” He grinned, looking over at the bi-colored man in question
