Prompt:
Give me a rebel Shinso who was born into Team Rocket. Give me Shinso who steals Pokémon from Team Rocket to return to their trainers. Give me Shinso who doesn’t leave the team because he knows that puts a target on his back, and he can do a lot more good while hiding under the radar.

additionally!! I'm not planning to have it be obvious that he is a member of Team Rocket right away-- he usually dresses like a normal trainer to avoid detection from other people. as such, it would definitely be interesting for your character to find out the truth!
